The Transaction History on your Plan Sponsor Account can be a useful tool for researching and reconciling plan data related to Contributions, Distributions, Fees, Loans, etc.
To access Transaction History, from your Sponsor Dashboard go to the Manage menu and select All Transactions.
Once on the Transaction History page you have several search options.
Investment: Research transactions pertaining to All Investments, or a specific investment fund:
Source: Research transactions pertaining to All Sources, or a specific Source such as Employee Pre-Tax Deferrals or Participant Loan.
Transactions to Display: Research All transaction types or specific transaction types such as Distributions or Fees.
Transaction Status: Research Pending, Settled, or All transactions.
Divisions: If your plan has multiple divisions, you can research All divisions or a specific division.
Once you have set your search parameters, you can enter a specific Social Security number to view the Transaction History for a specific participant or leave this field blank to search all participants. Additionally, you can enter a specific Start date or End date to return results for a specified period.
Results will display with applicable transactions.
You can drill down into the results using the arrows. Click Show Participants for a detail by participant.
Results can be downloaded into Excel or printed in PDF.
