You can request a distribution from your previous 401(k) Plan via your participant account with Jocelyn Pension Consulting. However, if you have not previously completed the New Employee Enrollment process, the Loans and Distributions menu will not appear on your dashboard.
Note, even though you are not a 'New Employee', enrollment in the plan is an administrative step that is required to be completed in order to gain access to your full dashboard, including the Loans and Distributions menu. Enrolling in the Plan does not affect your vested balance.

Once you have fully completed the New Employee Enrollment, either refresh your browser or log out of your account and log back in, to allow for the website to update.
