Depending on the provisions of your retirement plan, you may have the option to request a loan, a hardship withdrawal, or an In-Service distribution while still employed with your current company. You should refer to the Summary Plan Description, located at Jocelyn Pension Consulting, to see what your Plan specifically allows. The Summary Plan Description is an important document that tells participants what the plan provides and how it operates.
Once you have logged in to your account, from your dashboard select the Forms & Reports menu and then Annual Notices, Forms & Fee Disclosures.
In the Annual Notices, Forms and Fee Disclosures window, expand the Form Group: Disclosures & Plan Documents and then select Summary Plan Description. The file will automatically download.
