• First Time Logging In To Your Account

  Welcome!  You may access account balance information, statements, investment elections, and other information regarding your account in the Plan by visiting Jocelyn Pension Consulting.  To access and log in to your account for the first time, go to Jocelyn Pension Consulting and click "Log-In" in the upper right corner. Your default User ID and Password are below: 

  • Your User ID: your social security number entered without dashes
  • Your Password: last four digits of your social security number

  

  Once you have logged into your account, the website will require you to change your User ID and Password. When prompted for the Old Password this will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number.  Please note that you will need to establish the security questions and answers for your account.

  Important Information

  • Account balances are updated by 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and balance inquiries prior to this time are based on the previous day’s market activity.
  • The trading deadline is 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. All trades placed after this time will be traded the next business or trade day.
  • Go paperless! Enter your email address and select electronic statement delivery under Forms & Reports.

   

• Resetting Your User ID and Password Online

  If you have forgotten your User ID or password, or you receive a message that your credentials are incorrect, you can quickly and easily reset your account online at Jocelyn Pension Consulting.

  From the login page, under Password select Forgot User ID or Password.  

  

  On the Request Credentials screen, enter your SSN, Date of birth (Format must be MM/DD/YYYY, e.g. 01/01/1987), and Zip Code.  Then select Next.

  

  You will be required to answer a previously selected security question.  Then select Next.

  

  You will be directed back to the login page with confirmation that your user ID and password have been set to the following default settings:

  • Your User ID: your social security number entered without dashes.
  • Your Password: last four digits of your social security number

  NOTE: When establishing your new password you will be prompted for your old password.  Your old password will be the last four digits of your SSN.

• How do I roll another retirement account into my account with Jocelyn Pension Consulting?

  Consolidating your retirement accounts is easy and we are here to help with any questions! 

  To start the process, login to your account at Jocelyn Pension Consulting for rollover instructions that your current provider will need in order to process your request.  From your participant dashboard, select the Forms & Reports menu and then Annual Notices, Forms & Fee Disclosures.

  

  Expand the Form Group: Participant Forms, and then download the Direct Rollover Form.

  

  The first page of the rollover form provides the name and account number for your specific plan, and the mailing or wiring instructions to transmit rollover funds to Jocelyn Pension Consulting.

  

  Now that you have the appropriate account information you can start the process!

  Step 1. Contact Your Current IRA or Retirement Plan Provider to obtain the necessary paperwork to transfer your account from their Plan.

  Step 2. Provide them with payment instructions on the Direct Rollover Form.

  Step 3. Let us know the funds are coming by completing the 2nd page of the Direct Rollover Form and sending it to support@jocelynpension.com.  Note, if you are transferring Roth funds you will also need to complete page 3 of the rollover form.

  

  Step 4: Sit back and relax while we monitor for receipt of your funds.  Once we receive the funds we will notify you and transfer them to your account at Jocelyn Pension Consulting.
