Consolidating your retirement accounts is easy and we are here to help with any questions!
To start the process, login to your account at Jocelyn Pension Consulting for rollover instructions that your current provider will need in order to process your request. From your participant dashboard, select the Forms & Reports menu and then Annual Notices, Forms & Fee Disclosures.
Expand the Form Group: Participant Forms, and then download the Direct Rollover Form.
The first page of the rollover form provides the name and account number for your specific plan, and the mailing or wiring instructions to transmit rollover funds to Jocelyn Pension Consulting.
Now that you have the appropriate account information you can start the process!
Step 1. Contact Your Current IRA or Retirement Plan Provider to obtain the necessary paperwork to transfer your account from their Plan.
Step 2. Provide them with payment instructions on the Direct Rollover Form.
Step 3. Let us know the funds are coming by completing the 2nd page of the Direct Rollover Form and sending it to support@jocelynpension.com. Note, if you are transferring Roth funds you will also need to complete page 3 of the rollover form.
Step 4: Sit back and relax while we monitor for receipt of your funds. Once we receive the funds we will notify you and transfer them to your account at Jocelyn Pension Consulting.
