Once you have notified us that your rollover funds are coming, we will monitor your Plan's 401(k) account for those funds. You will receive an email confirmation once your funds have been received. Timing of posting the funds to your account depends on how the funds were transmitted to us.
1. If funds were sent via wire transfer, the funds will be posted to your account the same business day.
2. If funds were sent via check, we have a five day waiting period for the check to clear. After that 5 day period has passed, the funds will be posted to your account the next business day.
Note: Funds will be posted based on your current investment elections. You can change your elections at any time by following these instruction: How Can I Change My Investment Elections?
You will be able to see your funds in your account at Jocelyn Pension Consulting within one to two business days after processing. From your dashboard, scroll down to My Portfolio. From the View dropdown, select Source View to see your rollover source.
