Participant name changes cannot be made online on your participant account at Jocelyn Pension Consulting. To update your name, please contact your Plan Administrator. Note, they will also need to ensure that your name is updated in payroll so that updates are not overridden.
If you are no longer employed with the Company that maintains your Plan, please contact our support team at 866-840-6441 and we would be happy to assist you with the change.
