If you have forgotten your Sponsor password, you can quickly and easily update it online at Jocelyn Pension Consulting.
From the login page, under Password select Forgot User ID or Password.
In the Request Credentials screen, select Sponsor from the Role drop-down, and then enter your Current Login ID, First name, and Last name.
You will be prompted to answer a pre-existing security question. Enter the response and select Next.
A message will display stating that An e-mail has been sent to your address on record giving instructions on how you may access your account.
