To transfer funds to a Personal Choice Retirement Account (PCRA) you must first open an account at Charles Schwab Trust Bank that is associated with your retirement Plan. For instructions on opening a PCRA Account, visit: How Do I Open A Personal Choice Retirement Account (PCRA)?
Once you have opened your PCRA account, it will take 2 to 3 business days to receive your account number. Once your account number has been received, you can easily move money to your PCRA via your participant account at Jocelyn Pension Consulting.
From your participant dashboard, select Manage Investments.
In the Manage Accounts screens, choose either Change Elections, which will change how your funds are invested going forward, or Move Money, which will only move funds currently in the Plan to a different investment and will not affect future elections.
In the Change Elections option, enter the % of contributions you would like allocated your PCRA going forward. Note, this column will need to total 100%. Additionally, if the PCRA field is greyed out, this means we do not yet have your PCRA account number on file. Contact us at 866-840-6441 and we would be happy to assist you. Select Next.
If you want to reallocate your current account balance to the new investment elections, select Yes under Transferable Balances on the next screen.
Next, you will be prompted to confirm that you have read the new investment prospectus. Check Mark as Read and then select Next.
You will have one last time to review your investment elections prior to completing the transaction. Review your selection carefully prior to submitting. You will receive an email confirming your new investment elections.

Note: Most or all of the investments in this Plan are mutual funds or collective trust funds. If you provide instructions on this website to sell, buy, or transfer any of the investments in your account, your instructions must be completed on this website no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), on a day in which the market is open, for your instructions to normally be implemented on that day. This deadline may be earlier than the normal market close. If you miss the trading deadline for a particular day, your instructions will not be implemented until the next day in which the market is open. As a reminder, mutual funds and most collective trust funds trade only once per day, after market close, which is when the fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV) is calculated for that day. If you provide instructions to buy or sell shares of a fund before the 12:00 PM PT cut off, then your trade will normally be executed at the current business day’s NAV. All orders received after the 12:00 PM PT cutoff time will normally be executed at the following business day's NAV.
