If you have forgotten your User ID or password, or you receive a message that your credentials are incorrect, you can quickly and easily reset your account online at Jocelyn Pension Consulting.
From the login page, under Password select Forgot User ID or Password.
On the Request Credentials screen, enter your SSN, Date of birth (Format must be MM/DD/YYYY, e.g. 01/01/1987), and Zip Code. Then select Next.
You will be required to answer a previously selected security question. Then select Next.
You will be directed back to the login page with confirmation that your user ID and password have been set to the following default settings:
- Your User ID: your social security number entered without dashes.
- Your Password: last four digits of your social security number
NOTE: When establishing your new password you will be prompted for your old password. Your old password will be the last four digits of your SSN.
