When logging onto your Participant dashboard at Jocelyn Pension Consulting for the first time, you will be required to set up Multi-Factor authentication. Upon logging in you will receive the following message if you have either an email address or phone number on file with us. You will be able to choose the delivery method for your one-time pin from a dropdown menu if you have more than one contact type on file (e.g. Email address and Phone number; multiple phone numbers, etc.):
Once you choose a one-time pin delivery method, an email or text message will be sent to the selected device and you will have 5 minutes to enter the one-time pin on the website. You will be able to resend the code to your device if you do not receive it within a minute (Note: for email, be sure to check your junk folder):
If you do not have any contact information on file, you will receive the following message. Please contact us by email at support@jocelynpension.com or by phone at 1-866-840-6441 to update your account with either a cell phone number or email address.
