What are the criteria requirements for my User ID and Password?

The criteria requirements for your User ID and Password for your participant account at Jocelyn Pension Consulting are as follows:

• Your User ID and Password cannot be the same as your social security number
• Your User ID cannot be some portion of your password
• Your User ID and Password must contain alphabetic and numeric characters (Aa-Zz and 0-9)
• Your User ID and Password must be between 6 and 30 characters in length

Changes to your User ID and Password will take effect immediately.
